Great service, very friendly staff & optician. Safe social distancing in store, everything wiped down before customers touch anything. Every step of vist explained to me & help with choosing glasses via the I pad. Thank you.

Excellent service and staff.
Broke my glasses this morning. Rang specsavers to see if they could help. Yes, they could, they are open for emergencies such as this. I went to the Ripley store and was hugely impressed. 2 staff wearing masks, no one else in the shop. Given wipes to wipe glasses that I wanted to try on.. Hand gel freely available. When I had chosen what I wanted, I was told I could wipe the chair and desk down if I wanted to, which I did. Staff stayed more than 2m away, went through process of ordering then they wiped the card machine down before putting in on the desk for me to use.
Well done specsavers.. You've got it right!
