Awful delivery service. Worse than Yodel and at least Yodel have improved over the years. Lack of care from DX and laughable excuses as to why delivery has failed. Still waiting for delivery after 2 failed attempts and the excuse given was the driver may have overrun. This is when tracking showed it being on the road until 9pm. You don't abandon deliveries because you're over running. DX are an uncaring and unreliable delivery service. AVOID at all costs!!

Honestly this company needs to take a serious look at itself. Deliveries initially turned up on the wrong days I had booked so I wasn't in. On the day it was due you hear nothing. If you ring them it's automated. When it puts you through to an advisor an automated voice cuts in to say they're too busy and to leave an email address and they will get back to you in 24hrs. The live voice chat online constantly tells you there is nobody available. I advise you not to use them. A truly awful customer service.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Shocking service, even worse customer service! I can't believe the passport office choose to use this to deliver such important documents. No answer on the phone line when ringing, if you do get through you talk to a robot. Shocking and absolutely not good enough!! To say it's going to be delivered within 2 days, then take nearly a week longer than that, to then say they've attempted delivery and we weren't in, when we have cctv nd can clearly see that the delivery van has not been in the farm yard!! Thank you to the depot who is willing to help us pick it up today... Much better than the actual customer service line we are given! You might just save our holiday. However we certainly shouldn't have to be driving around looking for a passport!!
