Poor customer service. Sold us a bed that is so not matched to us it's not fit for purpose, and is the worst bed we have ever owned. No help, even after contacting him with in 28 days. He took a week and a half to reply. As said he was away over easter. .. he did promise to replace the base.... still waiting weeks later. No contact or anything from him. If you Are looking to buy a bed please avoid. As all he sells on are cheap beds he has sourced for £99 of facebook. Then sells them on for £650....
