Excellent service. Absolutely in love with my new chairs. Delivery took longer than expected but only due to COVID. Jay was very helpful and responsive and got them to me in time for Christmas as promised. Will definitely use this company again in the future. K Robinson

I read the bad reviews and I said, it won't be that bad... But no, please AVOID THIS SHOP as much as possible. At the beginning of October I asked about a set of furniture that I liked, promised me that it was in stock and would be delivered in a few days. Two weeks later I hadn't received anything, so i contact him and he said that it would be delivered at beginning of November, that there was a problem with stock. At the beginning of November, he said it would be delivered on the 20th, and I still haven't received anything. I've tried to contact, but no reply at all... Next step would be to go to the police to get my money back, as this is a complete FRAUD. Very quick to fool you to play and then you received nothing! As I said, AVOID THIS!

AVOID this place! Every time you call you get fobbed off and called a liar. Now in touch with local ombudsman. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Reply to your comment- it's amazing how fast you get back to me once I give you a bad review. I have given you more then enough time, and to keep being promised a refund week in week out is getting beyond a joke. Yes I have not paid in full, that is the whole point of a deposit... you pay a deposit and then pay the remaining balance once you actually receive the goods. I have taken legal advice, yes your terms and conditions do say you can not cancel made to measure items, but that would only stand if I have changed my mind and didnt want the items any longer. I'm simply asking for a refund because you have breached the contract by not delivering within a reasonable time. I would go and update yourself on the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have sent you a letter in the post and I look forward to receiving your response.

Avoid at all cost ordered a suite a year ago... got fobbed off for 12 months that there were delivery problems... last week we received a 3rd rate suite of the type WE DID NOT ORDER after complaining our phone calls and emails are ignored...we are now seeking legal services to sue this APPALLING company....been totally scammed AVOI AVOID AVOID NEARING 2021 and still no resolution and stuck with a suite I hate and did NOT order.... I wish I was closer to Derby so I could sort in person
