Lovely spa facilities (when everything is working). The gym is fine although it could do with some heavier dumbbells, they go up to 28kg. There are lots of machines though, a cable machine, a dip/pull up station, and plenty of cardio equipment. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Looked around with a view to joining gym. Spa facilities not open yet due to covid-19, but rest of it looked good. Staff member who showed us around was excellent. Seems like a nice place and may well join as full member in future.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, the little cafe is handy especially for the little ones! The downside is the changing rooms, they really aren't very nice, they don't seem clean at all and very dated. If the changing rooms were improved (drastically!) it would be a great leisure centre.
This is review of "Palms" gym only; overheated, overpriced, tiny changing rooms (don't know how this is allowed in present times) many equipment awaiting engineer at any time, TVs don't work. Don't bother.
