I have visited Ruth and her colleagues on and off over a few years and have been impressed with the standard of treatment and professionalism of all the practitioners. Most recently, Ruth's treatment has helped me to recover from a knee operation after which walking up and down stairs was difficult to the present where I am back walking in the hills. I thoroughly recommend her.

Ruth and her team have kept me going following a major traffic accident through a mix of targeted exercise, weekly Pilates classes and some remedial massage. Their professional support has been invaluable to me achieving my activity goals. Highly recommended.

Great service and help keeping me 'up and running' (and swimming and biking). They've been able to fit me in when I've needed to see a physio at short notice too, and have got me to the start line (and the finish line) at triathlons after last minute injury. Highly recommended!
