The facility itself is very good but I don't understand why a person that just wants to use the gym has to pay a membership of £39 a month which it includes other things like using the swimming pool. There is the option of a membership for just swimming but not an option for someone who just wants to use the gym and paying £40 a month is quite a lot especially if you are not using all of the services included.

This is the first time I've been since lockdown to restart my sons swimming lessons. The site was marked out well and had strong systems in place for distancing/separate exits etc. Staff knew the rules and managed customer expectations appropriately. Have no concerns with attending in the future.
It's not a bad wee gym. It's small but it has the kit you need. Extra benches and squat racks would be ideal, however.
Shocking Customer Service today. Not mentioning names but the management staff need a lesson in Customer Service. Only played half an hour of Badminton due to a broken racquet and I understand we cannot borrow racquets anymore due to Covid-19. Advised perhaps we could get a refund for the other half of time. Manager refused. She said it was not possible because they are one hour slots. Could she not suggest giving a discount for the next play, even if it was out of the normal process? Or at least be empathetic that we couldn't play anymore.

I never blamed you. I think you need to think about how you treat loyal customers in these difficult times.
