Amazing place, so friendly and helpful, always there whatever your needs and will push you to do better and then give praise for doing better. Upto date equipment, awesome staff who are very knowledgeable
Not been here for a few years but it was great before I left and all I can say is what an amazing transformation inside and the staff are great good to see old faces training there wich is a testament to the quality of the gym was made very welcome by all last week I'd signed up at another gym and was going to give it a month but after this morning forget the membership there I'll be going gym fit from now on thanks alot guys ☆☆☆☆☆
