Can't recommend starting your yoga journey here enough. An amazing space filled with the special energy of Lisa and her team.
Amazing space & fabulous teachers. The owner, Lisa, is a great yoga teacher. She is very knowledge and always describes the detail of postures to ensure correct alignment, as well as offering modifications so students can chose whether to practice as a beginner, intermediate or advanced within the same class. If you’re looking for yoga classes locally you really can’t get better.
Great space and perfect Yoga environment. Really friendly knowledgeable teachers.
Easy to find and parking close by.
