Moved to this doctors a year ago from Inkersall. Best thing i ever did. Lovely staff and all the doctors are nice. Not much waiting time. Always can get though on phone. Fabulous surgery 😍😍
Doing there very best for me. just wish the Chesterfield Royal Hospital was as efficient.
Always been a good place to visit doctor or nurse..
Staff always polite.
Only problem is never get to see doctor on time.can be waiting for ages.
Also quicker to go up to the surgery to make an appointment,than to ring them..
Been going for years great service by both the doctors and the reception staff and quick to sort things out
Impossible to get appointments.. unless you do it online....I was told to ring for 8am as they will have a release list of doctors appointments available...I did this only to be told non were as they had been taken up by people on line....what if you don't use a computer ! Told to ring back again next day.....oh and I could have seen the nurse practitioner ...in a week's time! Absolutely outrageous and a shambles,I rarely go to the doctor so don't make any appointments unless necessary....sort this out Brimington surgery no wonder you only have 3.5 reviews disgraceful
