Wanted to start off by saying the staff and doctors are really good well 95% of them anyway you always get that one off it person but on the whole very good staff. The appointments system however is diabolical. You can try all you want to get though but unless you trying all the time it's always engaged. I had to get an auto redial for my phone so it could keep trying. If you do get though most of the time after 15mins the phone system drops you call and you have to start all over again. The fact of the matter is if you want an appointment best of luck trying to get one my advise move surgery

Absolutely shocking phone system. First time I tried to get through was on hold from position12 to 1 then was disconnected after 30 minutes!!! Redialed and finally connected at position 10....got to position 1 and ....yeah disconnected. 3rd time lucky. Over 200 redials to get through and 1 hour 30 mins total time.

As a uni student, having to register at another GP down south that has a 2 WEEK waiting list, I didn't appreciate the fact that I've never had an issue getting an appointment here on the day, any blood test/results have got back to me promptly and yes the telephone queues might be long, but there's only so many receptionists that have to deal with grumpy patients (seriously get a grip) complaining to them and wasting everyone's time.

6 phone calls I have made today, trying to book a cervical screening test and can not get through tried to get on to the app and can't do that either, will.not contact my photo ID. this Primary Care us a joke

Lovely reception staff, lovely doctors. Easy enough to get an appointment if you call at 8am on the day, 'sit and wait' appointments take about an hour for your name to be called. Can't complain really if you actually need a doctor. Useful having a pharmecy attached. They don't always have medicine in stock but it's normally in the next day.
