What an absolute joke! I had been trying to get in touch with the surgery for a total of 4 hours and when I finally got in touch, I managed to make my appointment for my 24week consultation. although I still had more questions to ask, about a MAT B1 certificate but the lady on the phone couldn't say bye quick enough. I was in the middle of a sentence when she said bye and hung up. Now I can't get back it touch because the line is ALWAYS busy. Really not happy.

Went to this Surgery today at 7 thinking I would be able to make an appointment today ..only to find the receptionist saying "we don't make appointments until 8am ....you should no that ??? ... (If I'd have known that l wouldn't have been there ...so rude !) ...and also to find that today Monday 15th May no -one can make appointments because the systems are down ...no wider this place has been dubbed the worse in Derbyshire !
