Have tried several times over the last week to get an appointment, went from queue position 7 to 1 then to position 2 then 1 then cut off .day2 from queue position 10 to 1 then 2,3,4,5 before finally getting cut off again, day 3 date 3 /10/20 same, queue position 10 - 1 then cut off. Hope that no one has had serious problems with their health because of this poor appointment system as by the time you get an appointment your condition could have got a lot worse and treatment delayed.

The administrative and reception staff have zero customer service skills and patient care is lacking massively.

Been phoning for over a week to get an appointment as I'm suffering terribly with an ear infection, having an I minth old child they told me it's not urgent and there are no triage calls until Friday. Been trying since last Monday
Dont even try to get an appointment All lines full first then in queue ,get a call at number 2 which cuts you off and back to start This on a friday when if you are lucky enough to get through the place is empty
Don't waste your time on this surgery. The Doctors are not interested in listening to anything you say. They obviously know your body better than you do and make you feel you're just wasting their time. Do yourselves a favour and move to a different surgery if you can.
