GP’s and receptionists are always helpful, not waiting long to get through for an appointment at all. Or maybe I’m just lucky! Wonderful GP service.

Just don't bother even trying to see a doctor, you've got more chance of winning the lottery! The staff are nice and helpful, and I'm sure they are doing all they can but it's a broken system

utterly shambolic service.why bother have a receptionist if they wont answer the phone.try 14 times and on the 15th time told no appointments this happened two days on the trot.it is because of service like this that A&E is over run with non emergencies.by far the worst doctors i have had the displeasure to use

The doctors are nice the only problem is getting to see a doctor the receptionist are absolutely horrible and rude
