You can't make an appointment, just tried for my elderly mum. . Nothing to do with covid-19. You have to ring at 8am and hope to get a triage consultation. That's a big hope seeing as ive just been told they have 27,000 patients. I'm so glad I'm not a patient here.

Far from perfect but adequate for my needs. I have always been able to get an appointment when I've needed one and individually the staff are excellent.Any shortcomings are systemic. Difficulty in recruiting staff in this part of West Wales does not help. I still believe we are lucky to have such a comprehensive and free medical service. People should moan less and appreciate how lucky they are.

New to the area and was welcomed and registered easily and quickly. Seen the same afternoon half an hour later. Good doctor.

Very good medical group nursing staff very helpful doctors and nurse practitioners are good and helpful
