Lovely local cinema. Full of character. Comfy sofas, great selection of wines, gins and snacks. The toilets are spotlessly clean, with individual hand towels; luxurious and covid-safe!
Highly recommend.
Visited the Ritz today for the first time since it has reopened after lockdown. Have to say I was somewhat nervous at the prospect due to being in a confined space and all the worries that brings at the current time. However I'm so pleased to say that I needn't have worried and I'm delighted that I decided to visit. The staff as usual were so welcoming and still able to offer a friendly and professional service in spite of the screens in reception. Lots of hand gel everywhere, really clean, prepackaged biscuits and drinks prepared for you so you keep touching anything to a minimum. The audience capacity is well reduced in numbers with seat dividers and staggering of seating and unless you are eating or drinking masks to be worn. Overall a very positive experience and I shall visit again soon.
Brilliant atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable seating and an astounding sound system! My favourite place to watch films.

The cinema is beautiful and the decor wonderful. It's such a lovely experience to be able to eat cake and drink wine while watching a film on lovely comfy seats.
The staff are really friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back! 😊
