I've been going to the Fitness Rooms for over a year and thoroughly enjoy the variety of different workouts each session! A really fun way to get fit and keep maintain a great level of fitness. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I started at this gym on a post natal course, it was so good I signed up to do the course again, and then became a full member. The gym is inclusive to all needs, abilities and backgrounds which is really important to me as a Client. Had great results with my body and confidence! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Will has been my Personal Trainer since 2013. As someone who previously would have said that they hate working out, this is a huge testament to him! He is incredibly knowledgeable on all things fitness and nutrition related. He understands my goals, tailors my workouts, keep things varied and knows how to motivate me. I actually look forward to the sessions; they are tough but always good fun and Will is very patient / supportive with me. My body shape is noticeably different, I feel fitter and much more energised. The space itself is a bit 'back to basics' but that fits the welcoming, inclusive, no frills atmosphere. I would recommend The Fitness Room with no hesitation. Cheers Will!

I'm my experience it's a great place to go having never done much structured exercise before. The instructors do a great job of tailoring the exercises around attendees physical abilities (when necessary) and there's an atmosphere of support and encouragement in all the sessions I've attended. I'd recommend to anyone who wants to get fitter and stay fitter.

I train here to supplement my martial arts training. The HIIT / circuit training is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to train in a gym that has a bit of soul.
