Nice food, good takeaway. Quick turnaround and good menu. Went a bit OTT with the Madras spices though... supposed to be spicy, but not inedible
A WORD OF WARNING! If you're ordering a takeaway to be delivered, make sure you add up the total price beforehand. Last night (17 Jul 20) we ordered a takeaway and, according to the menu, it came to £40.45. When it arrived (30 minutes late!), the bill said £60 something. We added up the items on the bill in front of the delivery driver and, lo and behold, they came to £40.45!
We like the Praan, we've been going there for years and it's our first choice Indian restaurant in town but, if this happens again, we're going elsewhere.

Food was exceptionally good. Far exceeded expectations and I am looking forward to ordering again.
Been having takeaway from here years now and it's my fav place to go. Consistently good food. Stupidly tried somewhere else in Belper once and totally regretted it. PRAAN is the place to go for great Indian food.
