Excellent pottery, sadly they don't ship abroad (even Europe).

They make out like the stuff is discounted, but given that most of it is available in combination sets elsewhere it's not actually that cheap. Their social distancing measures, single entrance, and lack of tills cause massive queues on the way in. We went round once, then decided to buy a garden pot, but had to queue again at the main entrance to pay, that is until a member of staff took pity on us and opened up an upstairs till for us. Farm shop was great, but then the queue was daft, the tills didn't have an option for most of the goods causing a delay, and the poor staff were getting stressed, it wasn't even lunch time.

Love visiting the pottery village when visiting family. And they were fantastic with the social distancing rules. Only down side was that every door of the cafe was open, obviously to have it well ventilated in accordance with the guidelines, but our older family members were very cold and made sure we knew it, continuously! Felt safe and had a lovely couple of hours.

My first visit and what beautiful items they sell. Let down by unprofessional, uninviting, miserable staff, when I asked the price of a tree at the little garden store, the guy told me the price is on the pot, there was no price, however it was too much trouble to get up and help, in fact it seems it was too much trouble for any staff to smile or be courteous . The lady down in the home clearance was miserable, rude and constantly reminding me, the store closes in 30, 20 and finally 10 minutes, before I left my items at the till upstairs and walked. I will return during the week and hope the mid week staff are as nice as the pottery.

Very nice place, great place for presents, the only complaint is that were the tills in the farm shop the veg stand makes everyone pass very close, not good with the pandemic
