I started keeping track of the number of misses in my orders from KFC chesterfield when I noticed things were going wrong a bit more than one would deem acceptable. Of the last 14 orders, 11 were incorrect or had bits missing. That's a failure rate of 78%!! This last one was the last drop- an hour and 40 minutes patiently waiting for the order, the tracker said "DELIVERED" and of course I can't get through to the restaurant or just eat for clarification or a refund. I think I'm done. Sincerely, a very disappointed ex KFC fan.
