Their shakes are really nice, I had a Gold Digger which is a Ferrero Roché milkshake and lord it was good! Bit on the expensive side but their menu is great. Best desert place in Chesterfield. Almost as good as a Five Guys milkshake! 9/10 would highly recommend

Great selection of sweet treats and puddings 🤩🤩🤩 We were greeted with a smile and a hello. We weren't rushed into ordering and the server was very patient when we were ordering. We had the fanta ice blasts and a tango one both amazing 👏 Then the jam rolls polly with custard The vanilla cheesecake 😋 And our daughter had the cookie dough all were amazingly tasty and freshly prepared. Great value for money and even treated ourselves to some old school sweets 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Waste of time. Waited well over an hour and half which wouldn’t of been a problem if it didn’t come stone cold like it had been to about 7 different drop offs before it got to me. Ice cream was the only thing how it should of been. Pancakes cold had re heat in microwave. Waffles the Nutella had hardened round it so again had to microwave. Think a lot of work needs doing in the delivery department and time management of delivery’s because orders are going round the postcode before arriving to where they should be. I believe if we didn’t have to mess around microwaving it would of been an okay dessert. Defo not worth the money at all we spent over £40 for this service and I did try to ring but no answer.

Earlier this year myself and my partner fancied a milkshake so decided to drive to the Chesterfield shop for this. When we arrived i pulled into the parking just outside of the store. Shortly after a member of management wanting the parking space I was in.. with there being a space behind I wasn't going to move as she was trying to use bully tactics to make me move. Then she decided to get extremely close to my car and quite badly damage my car when trying to pull into the bay behind me.. she could clearly not park. After we got out of the car and wanted to exchange details but she proceeded to throw money at the problem which kinda insists this is not the first time and that she has daddy's money in her back pocket.. later finding out she is one of the managers at the MOO lab. This has put us off from returning because if the manager has been aggressive and violent to us in the past, whats the point in supporting a small business.
