I was ambushed the moment I crossed the threshold. Wanted one phone, definitely didn't want the device the salesman wanted me to buy so that was a major put off. Would have been a 1 if the guy wasn't clearly a genuinely nice guy. The other person than was quietly working in the background making it covid safe which is why it mainly deserves the 3 stars

Excellent customer service, all the staff at this Fforestfach store today were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Especially Anne-Marie who really went above and beyond. All the other stores I had been to today had no interest in helping me resolve my issue but Anne-Marie went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this store and commend the staff on their great work.
