Was a bit skeptical about the compatible cartridges at first because i normally use the original cartridges, i decided to go through and purchase compatibles due to the price being considerably cheaper. the cartridges work perfectly have had no problem and even got next day delivery. very impressed :)

We were cold called by A Star Office Supplies offering to beat our current supplier price on printer toners. The price was slightly less than our current supplier so we went ahead and placed an order. When the order arrived they were third party toners and not originals as we expected. We have now tried on numerous occasions to return these products with no reply back to countless phone calls and emails. It has got to the stage now where their accounts department are chasing us for payment only to disappear again when we bring this query up. Nobody has ever got back to us to sort this out.

Very skeptical when I received a cold call from Trin and told her about all of the bad reviews that I have seen on Google, therefore told her to send me the goods first, I will then check them and pay you after I receive what was promised and when I am happy. I have been using this company for the last year and I have not had any problems with the service at all Trin the accounts manager calls me on a regular basis. She has a friendly attitde and if I don't need anything,then accepts that. Its is also a nice touch to receive a little gift with our order.I will continue to use A Star. Mark Taylor Don's Coaches

As a company we always look for a good deal. We were cold called by this company and they said they could beat our current supplier and offered freebies as an incentive. When their warehouse called to confirm the order before dispatch they said the word "compatable". I stated that nowhere on the quote, or in conversation had we ever spoken about compatibles for our brother printer as the firmware is changed so often that only originals work correctly. I instantly cancelled the order and thought that was that. However on the 01/06/15 we received an invoice. Sending an invoice for goods never recieved is illegall. They then started to chase for money which again is ilegeal. They then sent out a statement to chase for payment on the 03/07/2015. They have agreed over the phone that these goods were never received and this is an error but i have now been waiting nearly 2 months for a credit note which takes 5 mins - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
