I used the online service to book an appointment for my son, and it was so self explanatory and easy to use. I received a phone call a few hours later to confirm the appt, and to say they would be emailing a health questionnaire to complete and return. At the appt, we felt completely at ease, and Madeleine explained everything very clearly to my 14 year old son.
All in all, an excellent experience. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to family and friends.
This is the first time I have visited this practice. It was easy to book an online appointment, all other correspondence was straightforward prior to my visit. After many years of struggling with my feet, Sally Bramwell soon put my mind at ease and gave me a clear diagnosis of the problems I was experiencing. She gave me plenty of useful advice. I am making a return visit in 6 weeks time.
My podiatrist, Madeleine, provides a friendly and professional service. She is caring and knowledgable and provides sound practical advice on foot care. I thoroughly recommend Care for Feet to provide a brilliant service at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, Maddy.
An excellent experience from the time I
phoned to the quick appointment at mutually agreeable time. The staff were professional and knowledgeable and understood my problem and dealt with it. Cost wise, good value, I really expected it to be more expensive.
I felt safe in the present climate and agree with the use of sanitisers and the wearing of masks by all.
Have been going to see Maddy for 3 or 4 years now and my feet have never looked or felt better! She's brilliant and the covid 19 arrangements are excellent and very safe.
