My partner has been having treatment with Vineys for a couple of years and was upset at his last treatment however Vineys have tried to make amends so I'm altering my previous review. Apart from the last appointment he's always been happy with his treatment. Follow up customer service has been more than appreciated. It would be spiteful to punish them with a low score after they have gone to such lengths to make things right.
These folks are great. Professional, caring and provide a first class service. Many thanks.
On their website it said £45 [ear wax removal] they charged me £56 including £1 for a face mask LOL and only one ear was cleaned, and i still have severe tinnitus
Great service and felt really Covid safe
Definitely recommend three long weeks not hearing definitely can well worth every penny thank you
