Best local service I've used in years!!! Needed a new washing machine in quick time as my old one had died. Went onto Ebay and near top of the list was just what I needed. An Indesit washing machine just like my old one. Made an online enquiry, which to my amazement was replied to within minutes. Visited the shop the following morning and within 5 minutes - viewed new machine, excellent advice given, bought/paid and even negotiated free delivery the same day!!! £10 to take the old machine away..bargain!!! Dont go to the usual BIG players, have a personable, friendly, professional service here. I've worked in the public domain for 25 years and these guys are on the money!! Just superb. Just bought a washing machine with just the right level of support and care. We were given accurate details about a range of machines. Given space to make up our minds then helped to get it in the car. Brilliant range, lots to choose from, very personable service. Beats Curry's by a million miles. Would strongly recommend

Rather unhappy with the purchase experience. 👍 Very comparative prices for their products 👎 The advertised product that I wanted and purchased through their website was out of stock 👍 I was politely offered replacement which I agreed 👎 misleading information about delivery time on their website - option to choose same day delivery on the purchase (in my case Wednesday). Although after the purchase I received message 'We will be in touch within the next 48 hours to confirm delivery.' 👎Agreed the delivery for Saturday 12pm. When no-one turned up by 12:45 I gave them a call and was told that the manager booked it for Sunday 12pm without informing me. As I couldn't do that that day, I was told they will give me an update on what they can do. 👎I suddenly received an email that my order had been cancelled and a refund had been issued. With ZERO communication or option to reschedule the date. Very disappointing service caused by lack of communication from the suppliers side. __________________________________________ My response to your below reply: Interesting. I have a feeling that you're confusing me with another client as I don't recall a missed call on Sunday, our home CCTV didn't recorded any attempts of 'special' delivery and I certainly haven't found a calling card upon my return home. Order was placed on Wednesday 21st and I received the refund on 26th, thats not 7 days.... Please get your facts straight and instead of writing nonsense, a simple apology would be much more professional.

Mr and Mrs Sandhu have been long standing members of our community for a very very long time and I have to say that they have always gone out of there way to provide a top quality service time and time again.... I would always recommend and would not hesitate to shop here first time every time......
