It was OK but there was too much choice with little understanding of what the differences were between carpets.. other than the vast difference in prices. We felt that the overall prices were a little steep so didn't buy anything. Spondon Carpets won us over instead.

From the very first point of contact to arrange my living room and hallway to be measured to arranging the fitting day the whole process as been a job.so a very pleasurable experience indeed.

Walked in 4pm Saturday 4th January to buy a bedroom carpet, one consultant was serving, another 3 consultants were chatting at a desk, one of whom was seated with his feet on a chair and all were disinterested in making a sale. I enquired about the cost of underlay to accompany a carpet, a price was given but no attempt to follow up was made. Walked out disappointed a purchase will be made elsewhere.

My self and my parents have recently had carpets fitted throughout the house. Excellent service from all staff at carpet right. Especially Daniel and karen. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent carpet fitters too.... thank u.
