We really enjoy our Qigong sessions with Angela. She is a very pleasant, patient and professional teacher. We certainly benefit, now that we have retired, from he flexibility and calmness Qigong brings us.

I find the Qigong with Angela sessions very rewarding and would recommend them to beginners who want to benefit from these techniques. Angela explains each move in detail so beginners can feel very comfortable following her lead.
I wasn't sure what to expect and very different from anything I have tried before. For relaxation and a feeling of well being this is the answer. I do hope more people will join Angela at one of her classes as they are a real experience.
Angela is a patient teacher, she takes time to explain the moves & corrects any little placement so you know exactly how you should be. Gives the meaning of the movement.
You come out feeling relaxed and lighter.
She was born to teach Qigong.
Angela is very professional yet keeps the sessions light hearted in a relaxed manner. Always happy to explain movements in detail and gives students all the help they may need. An enjoying experience for anyone who participates and beneficial for people who may have health problems. I can totally recommend Angela to anyone who is considering taking up Qigong.
