Excellent family run gym. Great atmosphere with highly skilled trainers that help you achieve your goals. I've personally lost a large amount of weight and gained so many friendships during my time training here it really is second to none in the area.

Brilliant family run gym! Great atmosphere and great knowledge from the instructors. With the option to pay per session I can fit it around my work shifts and I'm not left out of pocket. Can't recommend highly enough!
Fantastic instructors both with 16years of experience in Muay Thai. Friendly atmosphere and know how to put you through your paces. 100% recommend for those wishing to get fit, learn self defence, lose weight or build up confidence.
