Always fantastic. Dealt with the corona virus rules very well so the gym is safe to open. During the lock down the staff did more than enough for the members with online workouts and answering questions. Many thanks! I'm sure the other members would also agree.
Very helpful and friendly staff very clean place lots of parking wheelchair accessible bus stop on a main route into city centre top place
When there is an issue of any kind could staff/manager be advised it is not a coffee shop matter and making it a public conversation embarrassing. Placing a person in a vunerable intimidating and highlighted position IS NOT acceptable. Its a sports venue not in a night club. Train your staff about customer service, respect in general and decency. Failing attitudes and then they wonder like school ground bullies why they upset a person? Personified spoilt attitudes. Learn other people have feelings. Snotty attitudes all round 9/10 staff appauling.
I am a member at this gym, they have closed the shower facilities for a while now, its pretty rubbish. Also RECEPTION STAFF are very rude. hate this gym now. very rubbish
