Right where do I begin... this doctors surgery is a disgrace. The staff are rude and unhelpful and often come with a bad attitude. The staff are basically there to try and stop anyone seeing the doctors abit like dragons guarding a castle it's a joke. The doctors aren't very helpful either they are more concerned about safeguarding themselves from covid than doing their jobs. This place is dangerous and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Some of the receptionists are very helpful and polite, but not all of them. I've tried booking an appointment for more than 2 weeks now, I've been promised twice that a GP will call me, it never happened. I can understand that the clinic is understaffed but waiting 2 weeks for a 10 minutes appointment without actually getting it, is just a joke.

Majority of the staff are lovely, and I've had many helpful appointments with the doctors and pharmacists at church, however, there is one receptionist who is particularly rude which makes it difficult for me to pluck up the courage to order meds, phone for appointments, etc. for my anxiety and depression. It often becomes a vicious cycle when I run out of medication and I'm met with unwelcoming staff who put the phone down on me.

Abysmal GP. They kept me waiting for a month and a half for a Doctors note - as I got sick during exam season - it is now past the Uni's deadline for Special Circumstances, so their delays getting it written and the constant 'try next week's' have put my education and future in Jeopardy. Absolute joke.
