Popped in while on holiday. Needed a slight repair. Lovely lady covering door due to covid . Repaired ,cleaned and adjusted without a appointment. Fantastic service

Disappointed, had an eye test with a very nice and professional gentleman on 31st of August, then chose my glasses and vary focal lenses, I was shocked at how all the additional add ons pushed up the price and if you want the same spec on your free second pair you have to pay for that also. I needed two pairs as a requirement of my employer, but was told that the second pair will not be ordered until my first pair were complete and fitted, I told the member of staff I need both and that I use varyfocal lenses already, but they wouldn't order both together, they said they would call me when they arrive but several weeks later no call, I was in town and asked if they had arrived and sure enough they had, but no one bothered to call me, I had them fitted and asked for the second pair asap, they again promised to call when they arrived, I waited until October 13th still no call, I again went in and they were there, I asked for them and left, I get vouchers from my employer toward the cost but they were still more expensive than anywhere else. So even without my vouchers I will be going elsewhere and saving money and time, do yourself a favour and avoid specsavers, go over the road to Vision Express for a cheaper, better, polite service, with your glasses in less than nearly seven weeks, I will never go there again.
