I called Borth Surgery for an appointment about a painful knee - the very helpful receptionist - Katy? Said that she could refer me straight to a physiotherapist, she gave me an appointment for 3 days later then and there - amazing NHS well done Borth!

Was on holiday my 10 month old son was constipated and bleeding from the bottom i rang up to see if they could see him .The reception said no were fully booked .My son was screaming in pain and they referred me to Aberystwyth about a half hour or so drive away we found a clinic on the way in and they agreed to see him .They said that we shouldn't have been turned away as he was only a baby .Bad service we was given
