Every order we have made has been perfect. And the milkshakes are amazing. Highly recommend.
First time going today and not a great experience.
Ordered online and went to collect and it was just a bit of a shambles. Stuff everywhere over the counters and floor with the girl even joking there were boxes in the way all the time. Ran out of whippy for 2 of our desserts and overheard the girl on the phone saying something along the lines of "Lauren is too busy to bring any down and the customers are here now". Just didnt seem prepared at all for what I was told was a busy day.
Forgot 2 of the free ice-creams that came with the waffles and the milkshake cups ran out so for nearly £5 the amount in the cup wasn't worth it. Girl on the counter was all over the place flustered, dropping scoops and just seemed out of her depth when things got a bit busy.
