I would always recommend this practice, the staff are incredibly friendly and try their best to offer the most convenient and efficient service while keeping a high standard of quality.

I recently ordered three pairs of glasses from Boots Opticians in Honiton. Upon collection, one pair had not arrived yet I was not notified of this before I bothered to drive all the way there. Of the two pairs that I received, one had been ordered with thinned lenses costing an additional £60, yet came with the standard bulky lenses. At this point I requested a refund, but this was refused (I don't believe that this is legal) and I was told that they could not refund me until the manager was present, requiring an additional journey back to Honiton. Needless to say that this is incredibly poor and I would recommend going elsewhere.
