From the moment we met Richard we knew the actual moving element of our house sale would be in safe hands. He went the extra mile to accommodate everyone's needs in a fast-moving situation, and he and his team were thoroughly professional from start to finish. Can't recommend them enough.
From start to finish, our move was handled very professionally.
Richard was very patient whilst we confirmed our removal date and held our booking slot for us even though we only knew for definite that we were going a few days before the move.
We did our own packing due to the Coronavirus outbreak but all boxes were handled carefully and furniture, pictures and TV etc were all carefully wrapped. Protective coverings were put down on the floors at both the old and new houses.
All the team were courteous, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Can't thank Richard and his team enough for making an amazingly stressful day so much easier. They were punctual, extremely efficient and very helpful. Beds and wardrobes were taken down and put back up, with clothes transferred to travel boxes, so no need to pack. Nothing was too much trouble, even though they had to hang about for hours until we got the keys late in the afternoon. Absolute fantastic service and recommend without hesitation.
Absolutely brilliant service and so efficient on our moving day. Andy and Dan were so professional, friendly and so so hard working. The whole process was easy from booking to moving day!
