Excellent service! I was really struggling to find removals at late notice and just when I was giving up hope I called Derby Removals & Storage. Luckily Wayne had a cancellation so was able to help. His well oiled team packed the entire contents of our house quickly but carefully - no breakages! They were all friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!
Wayne and his team were very responsive, friendly and efficient. They had a some tricky access at both ends of the move and handled things smoothly and professionally.
We had some issues around our chain for our sale which resulted in us having to shift dates several times and Wayne was very patient and understanding- a huge relief at a stressful time!
We also used their storage service and Wayne made every effort to get us the best price for safely keeping our things before our purchase completed.

Fantastic service from Wayne and his team from start to finish. Made the whole moving experience less stressful with his efficient team who quickly had our boxes loaded onto the vans and no more than a few hours later had unloaded everything into the new property. Having not moved home for a long time, and having accumulated many more things than we had realised, Wayne and all his staff were amazingly efficient on what would otherwise have been a very stressful day. Loaded up carefully and quickly and this was repeated unloading at our new home. Despite me thinking I could have done it myself, they proved otherwise, it would have been impossible without their expertise. All I can say is a big thank you.
