Phoned to enquire about swimming today, and was told no problem, our names taken, and given a time to turn up. On arrival entry refused because we were not members. If this could have been asked over the phone it wouldve saved us a wasted journey and wasted day.
Well equipped, got all you need. Huge verity in classes. Wish the pool was open earlier than 0715. Some grumpy staff but as I’ve previously worked in a gym I can hardly blame them.
Excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Recommended
Fantastic facilities - roomy gym with lots of machines, great spin bikes and the instructors and knowledgeable and ready to help! Lots of parking too. Only criticism is the pool - it would be great to have separate lanes for lap swimming, as a lot of people seem to just talk and not swim!
Average facilities, I did expect better but my guess is that sports is not a priority at this Uni.
