This is for my Mother , Getting on a bit now she decided to have her kitchen re fitted and modified , raised cooker being the primary purpose . After a second consultation a new layout was agreed , upon visiting her to see how things have progressed I was dismayed to see the original design fitted not the amended version which we have a print out of ! This was the 3rd thing to go wrong so far . We visited the showroom today and did not even get an apology ? Someone was supposed to ring back today with some answers but never did .....Very Poor Amateurish service ! NOT HAPPY , Mum Mum is elderly as does not want to make a fuss , I feel she is being taken advantage of .
