This place is an absolute joke ! I've been trying for months to get my inhalers, that i need to breath!! And nothing! Avoid this doctors at all cost !
Told to phone at 8am but they don’t switch on phones til 8.30! Long waiting times, poor service. They don’t want to help, they just want to fob you off! Could go on endlessly about the service here but I don’t want to waste my time, as I know nothing will change and no one will pay attention
I rang up at 8am to book an appointment to have another cortisone injection and the receptionist told me that Dr Heappay wasn't in today and that I'd need to call back next Wednesday. I get to work tonight and talking to a work colleague he tells me he rang up the doctors surgery at 15:25pm and he spoke to a receptionist who then transferred him through to Dr Heappay.
It's the worst doctors I've ever experienced in my life. Absolute shambles.
I start calling 8am to make appointments, until 8.29 I made 72 calling. 8.29 finally I got through and I was number 10th in call list, 8.45 finally someone answered and told me they are fully booked. Mean how many patients like me call everyday to make appointments, this is the time where parents have to take kids to school, get kids ready, some people have to work. Sinfin surgery getting worse. Where should patients go...
