I never write a good review,I don’t think many people write a good review when they’ve visited a business only if they’ve had a bad experience. But my mind has changed, I came to Mkm looking for a bathroom around a week ago,I was met at the counter by a young lady who further explained she was the bathroom designer,did I want a drink and then offered to show me around. Very good start to the visit! Customer service is always the key in retail jobs and my god, I’ve never been somewhere where a very young individual can make you so welcoming. She explained then that she was new to bathrooms and she might need a little help from another staff member,I didn’t mind as the she was honest. Her manners were impeccable and her Confidence in everything made the experience much more of a delight. I’ve had a brilliant time finding my new bathroom, she went the extra mile on everything to make sure I was happy with everything. Can highly recommend people visit to enquire about a bathroom. Very big 5 star!

I want to say, atmosphere of some staff is very jolly, you do get offered a coffee when at the counter. however I spoke to a man on the phone i want to say ady/ andy? who did say i would need to come in store to have a look at the materials i needed. ( was not a problem) This bloke then came to me on the desk and again was rude and abrupt. ( i made sure by asking another member of staff his name again ady/andy ) no help was given blew as he stood up to come toward me and needed prompting to even get up. His tone of voice was lousy and came across very blunt and arrogant. shame as others were very friendly having a laugh, offering coffees and just seem 100% more job ethic. shop was very clean and tidy!!

This place is awesome. Tried them today for the first time and I'm sold. Quality was amazing, and the service was too. Im gonna be back and start an account, one happy customer here.

Just want to say how helpful Andy has been at the Burton branch. He went above and beyond what we expected. His customer service to us was amazing cannot fault him at all. He has made us extremely happy as he has sourced exactly the right materials we were looking for and wanted. Once again many many thanks to him .

Having no experience of what was needed for our garden renovation it was a breath of fresh air to find a company who was patient and explained what we required in terms that we understood but also wasn’t presented as a sales pitch but actually what would work for us. The staff were professional and friendly and when the goods were received, we had follow-up communication to confirm everything was as we expected. The finished article is amazing and we will spend many sunny days in the garden. I would recommend MKM for any future house or garden renovations and this will definitely not be my last visit.
