I highly recommend the pregnancy yoga classes with Rebecca. You learn so much about your own body and how to prepare for birth in the right way.

Me and my husband just finished a hypnobirthing course run by Rebecca at Mama Blossom. It is fair to say that we are both worriers, and were nervous about the process of facing labour and what to expect. Rebecca is so very friendly and no question asked is seen as silly. I think hypnobirthing can be misunderstood as there is a lot of science that informs the approach and makes you realise why certain things are recommended. Both myself and my husband found all the techniques really useful and can be used as tools during labour - such as relaxation techniques, affirmations, breathing techniques and how to make a calm environment both at home and in the hospital setting. My husband definitely felt that this helped him understand what he can do to help during labour. We have a few more weeks until our baby is due so will keep practicing the different techniques, but can definitely say we feel a lot more positive and informed in our outlook to birth and the first moments afterwards. Would highly recommend!

I have absolutely loved attending postnatal Mama yoga classes with Rebecca. The gentle but highly effective exercises have done wonders for me. The relaxation element of the classes has also been superb. I can’t recommend it highly enough, a truly wonderful postnatal class!

I would definitely recommend these classes. I did 2.5 terms I enjoyed them that much. They are a mixture of exercise, education and relaxation. The education and relaxation techniques really helped me to remain calm during labour. It was also nice to be able to take that time out once a week to connect with my baby.

Absolutely brilliant class. Being first time parents we went in with loads of questions and rebecca answered them all. really made it feel no so daunting becoming a dad. I feel like I have a much better understanding on how to look after a baby and what to expect. thankyou rebecca
