Had to cancel an Adult Swim lesson last minute due to sciatica pain, used online system, no warning that I might still be charged or "Call us to cancel". I've been charged twice for it and no communication. I have tried to call 3 times today so far, even left a message, no one picks up. I want a refund and i've messaged them on facebook as not happy. Tis a shame because otherwise the swimming pool is good.
Update 27/10/2020: I got a response on Facebook Messenger to email them on [email protected] which I now have done. So Facebook Messenger was a complete waste of time as nothing else mentioned, just a misdirection!
Early Sunday morning great time to get in gym as quiet and nye on free rein of equipment...!
I enjoy my time spent in the gym at Green Bank Leisure Centre. It is a excellent leisure centre to use.
Love this place, for me personally a rehabilitation station, quality!
Great space. Loads of room if you wish to book a party. Had soft play bouncy castle and a facepainter (fantastik faces)
