Every driver I've had has been friendly and great. But today I booked a journey and requested to pay by card. I was charged £1.01 just for registering my card on their app and then ar end of journey was told I couldn't pay by card and was ask to go to cash point.
Exe cars was excellent, very prompt and efficient. As a single disabled person urgently needing a hospital visit near London I found the driver very understanding and safe.
Best taxi company in Exeter. I had loads of trouble with apple taxis and got stranded in Exeter. Rang exe cars and a car arrived almost immediately. Very friendly driver and great service. Will definitely use this company again.
What a great service! Thank you so much for picking my parents up from Exeter airport at 4:30am after being 6 hours delayed with their flight. It was such short notice and they were so professional. Will definitely be using them again.
Unbelievable. Tried to book a taxi for 7:15am to go to the train station 2 weeks in advance and was told there was "no availability for this journey"???? You mean to tell me that there is not a single taxi available for a relatively short journey 2 weeks in advance?
Also, no other context or information provided. If perhaps I needed to book sooner or whatever then would have been more than happy to do. Instead all I get is a rejection which makes no sense at all.
24/7 taxis indeed! Unreal.
