I contacted derby movers and storers company for a move within derby and I am very happy with the teams professionalism and the service provided.

PLEASE DO NOT USE!! Very disrespectful and deceiving. Misinformed us on the quote prices, and overcharged us for assembly and disassembly. Refused to put together our sofa unless we payed an extra £20. His argument was, that the disassembly of sofas was not part of their service, but they did it for us as a "favour". Then when they brought in the same sofas in our new home, he demanded extra money. We refused and said that we would complain, and he started shouting. His name was Adam. Medium build, long hair, coloured eyes. Furthermore, they scratched our newly painted walls and showed an attitude when we pointed it out to them. Horrible service, please do not use.
