Exquisite, 10 mile walk around the building to hand in paperwork, Then social distancing queuing for 20 mins for a thanks and wait with your lorry and come back in an hour,

I've been for pallet collections. It's a big site with lots of space. Easy to get to and easy to find. It can be a bit slow sometimes to get loaded like most places but they're are pretty good in there. The office staff are pleasant. Currently with Covid after handing the keys in you have to remain in your cab until your trailer is loaded. Before Covid we had to wait in the office. I think it's better now.
Visit here regularly for collections, I'm finding that it is taking 4-6 hours to get loaded now, where as it used to be 1-2. Rapidly getting worse.
Fast loading, decent from a driver point of view.
