Despite almost a two hour wait (due to high demand before the second lock down), I can’t fault this company. I was greeted by a lad called Jack who was great, I burst my tyre in a really deep pot hole and had no spare of inflation foam to get me home. Jack was really careful with the vehicle as it was pretty much driving on its alloy, he loaded it up and drove it 30 miles home, off loaded and parked the car up for me! Jack was exceptionally careful and respectful of my paintwork when strapping the car up, I felt confident that the car was in good hands. Thank you for what felt like saving my life that Sunday evening burrows and thank you Jack for being so friendly and professional.

Used Burrows recovery to recover my car and the chap was really helpful. Turned up and was polite, kept me updated throughout my journey, dropped it off and parked it up exactly where I wanted it.. Excellent customer service.. Would use recovery company again and recommand to family and friends.
I used borrows today for the first time and last time unfortunately, I booked the recovery of my van in the week before and for a morning drop.
The morning came and went and with a poor excuse from the office, the driver turned up in the afternoon. After him arguing with me and telling me, where I wanted the van positioned couldn't be done. He finally did as I asked and what would you know, it went just like I said it would.
The price was average but the service was poor, use them with warning.
On website they stated they finish 6pm lol i went there 4.30pm and guess what they finished 4pm i take the off from mine work and they even cant be as. apologies.
