Inconsistent with orders all the frozen products missed off one order items missed off orders Book a slot only to be phoned to be told the order will have to be re scheduled even when the order was placed days in advance. Not great and recently got worse.

We ordered fresh and frozen items last Thursday 5th November to be delivered Tuesday 10th November as this was the earliest we could have it delivered. We were at home all night but NO DELIVERY WE TRIED TO RING THE DRIVER WE EVEN TRIED TO RING SWADLINCOTE ICELAND NO ANSWER FROM BOTH. On Wednesday 11th I rang Iceland Swadlincote and spoke to a member of staff and explained the problem they said they would look into the matter and speak to the driver. I was told that they would ring me or message me I got a phone call later that morning in forming me we would get our delivery again between 7pm and 9pm that night we waited till we had a knock on the door about eight forty, I walked back with the driver to his van which was parked down the road he gave me our delivery I asked was this all of it to which he replied yes. I then had to walk back to our house with the delivery which he did not even help me with. When I got back to our house to check the delivery we found seven frozen items missing I'm sorry to say I will again be on the phone to Iceland Swadlincote tomorrow morning to find out what Iceland will do about the missing items. I have lost all trust in Iceland and there delivery team.

We had a online delivery from Iceland on Friday the 12th and found that one item was missing from the order.I emailed them explaining and got a very quick response saying they would look into it. First thing this morning a friendly and apologetic young lady delivered the missing item personally. Well done young lady and Iceland
