I am always able to get an appointment really quickly at this practice. The receptionists are helpful and the numerous doctors and nurses I have seen have all been very positive and informative. The Building is always very clean too, and I love how they have the pharmacy right next door, very convenient.
Katherine Wood misses out my acid reflux tablets so I'm in agony for weeks. Phillip Annettes demanded report to give me emergency supported living gives me brief letter missing out acid reflux tablets and blood sugar tablets even though he keeps telling me my blood sugar levels were dangerously high. Lloyds next door they send me to never have my tablets ready on time could kill me. Reported them to general medical council for endangering my life.
The team at this practice always treat you with respect and a smile, regardless of your reason for visiting; it is so refreshing and makes asking for help so much easier.
A mix of surgeries with extremely professional doctors plus staff who make the experience of visiting the surgery for whatever reason less stressful, in their calming and reassuring manner while treating you.
Absolutely disgraceful.doctors r advised by there peers not to prescribe certain meds so if u got Ms,fibromyalgia,sleeping disorder,forget,most unhelpful,unproffesional,stuck up practice ed ver and very neglectful
