Excellent and friendly service from the (Northern Irish) optician. Definitely better than Specsavers. Very happy.

Rubbish service. Understaffed and unreliant. My mom made an appointment which they are convinced she didn't. Then I go in today and the incompetent optician doesn't read my notes about my migraines and I walk out of her room with spots in my eyes causing a severe headache. Only then do i have the initial tests that should have been done first. And to cap it all I had to pay for this service. Wish I could give no star at all

Terrible optician, exceptionally rude and I left without completing the eye test as I felt so uncomfortable with him. I had actually visited for a medical reason and was treated with contempt as I was using an free eye test voucher. This sort of service shouldn’t be allowed when people have genuine health concerns.
